I'm not sure how it all works on the design side, but whenever I tried to have it printed, I was told the image resolution was too low for the size I wanted (24x36) so I had to do quite a bit of editing and help increase the resolution so I wouldn't get that warning anymore. Turned out nice though, letters and image are crisp
